How our process works
Getting to know you is always our first step. Taking the time to talk with you about your goals helps us personalize our service. If you’re selling, that helps maximize your sale price. If you’re buying, our approach makes sure you get the right home for you — at a price you deserve. And if you’re investing, we match you with a property that fits your budget and your financial goals.
Why we’re different
Relationships are at the heart of what we do. That means personalized attention during the entire buying or selling process and support that continues after the transaction. The Austin Chronicle named us “Best Realtor for People Who are Afraid of Realtors” – and we think that says a lot.
And by valuing relationships, we get powerful results. We sell more houses, get higher asking prices and reduce the number of days they’re on the market. For buyers, we find houses that are the best fit and the best deal based on their needs.
benefits of working with a team
With our team on your side, you can take advantage of their specialized expertise in areas from listings to closings. As a team, we can also give you greater availability than a single agent can provide. Our team members take turns being available for you on the weekends.

Lisa Muñoz,
Realtor®
I have spent my entire career living, loving and working in Austin. Though the city has changed tremendously, the heart of Austin is still the same. It feels like a small town where you’re never far away from a familiar face or the warmth and hospitality of a stranger.
I moved to Austin in 1995 to attend the University of Texas. I was the first person in my family to finish high school, much less go to college. I graduated from UT in 1999 and soon got my real estate license.
From the start, my focus has been on helping buyers, sellers and investors reach their real estate goals. I love helping clients find “their Austin.”
I listen closely to clients to learn what they truly value and then create a detailed plan to find the perfect lifestyle and financial fit for them.
Since I’ve been doing this for over 19 years, I see the long-term benefits of those decisions on the lives of my clients, and I couldn’t be more excited.
I’ve also invested in real estate myself, purchasing rental properties and rehabbing some properties along the way. This first-hand experience helps me help my clients.
What You’ll Notice When You Work With Me
Negotiations are a top focus. I know how to secure the best properties at the best price.
I’m available, and I listen.
I’m dedicated to your goals.
I believe in relationships.
I have a strong commitment to the
community and love being a part of what makes Austin great.
Real estate is always on my mind!
My Austin is All About…
An Americano at Houndstooth Coffee. There’s nothing like starting the day with this coffee experience.
Being active. Lady Bird Lake on a weekend morning is truly the heartbeat of Austin: People of all ages running, walking, biking and talking. I also love Bikram yoga and dancing.
Brunch at Hillside Farmacy. Delicious coffee and food for both adults and kids.
Exploring history at the Texas State
Cemetery. It’s huge with towering trees,
a pond and lots of green space.
Pedicab rides around Second Street. Taking in Austin from this vantage point helps me see the city from the perspective of my
newcomer clients.
Pursuing your passions and trying new things. For me, that means everything from meditating to learning to play the
harmonica.
And, above all, my family. My boundless energy and passion comes from my sons, Luca and Rhodes, and my partner. Erin.

How I Work With You
I help with your home search and write your offer. I’m also the person you reach out to after closing for anything and everything you could want or need. When we say we are your real estate resource for life, we mean it!
More About Me
When I was younger, my family moved around a lot. I loved house-hunting with my parents, deciding which room would be mine and starting to picture my toys and life in the new city. Today, one of my favorite things about my job is helping others start picturing their new life in their new house and helping to make the transition as easy as possible.
I moved to Austin from the Rio Grande Valley in 2005 to attend the University of Texas. I graduated in 2009 with degrees in Business Honors and Management.
That year I also joined Lisa Muñoz as Lisa’s executive assistant and transaction coordinator. Since then, I have done every job on the team at one time or another and helped Lisa grow the team.
My Austin Is All About…
Outdoor adventures. Austin is where I met and fell in love with my husband, Jordan. We enjoy exploring different outdoor activities throughout the city (like kayaking on Lady Bird Lake, or riding our bicycles on the boardwalk), camping and hiking at all of the state parks nearby. Pedernales Falls and Inks Lake are our two favorites. Our three dogs love the outdoors and exploring the Austin area with us.
Wine tasting in the nearby Hill Country.

More About Me
I was born and raised in an itty bitty Texas town with a total population of 330 and am proudly the first person in my family to graduate from college. While attending The University of Texas at Austin, I became a licensed real estate agent and joined the Lisa Muñoz Team. I have an innate passion for helping others and I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. As a genderqueer person, it’s my long-term goal to help make the real estate industry more inclusive and accessible for Queer, Trans, and Nonbinary people; Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC); and lower-income people. I spend my days at home with my wife and cat watching tv, reading, playing board games, and going on morning walks.
My Austin Is All About…
Outdoor spaces. I enjoy spending my time hiking and fishing in the Austin area, kayaking on Town Lake and near Red Bud Isle. One of my favorite outdoor spaces is The Contemporary at Laguna Gloria.
Safe Spaces. As a Queer person, my Austin is all about inclusivity and diversity. Some of my favorite LGBTQ+ friendly spaces and organizations include Cheer Up Charlies, The Barbashop, The Kind Clinic, and No Good Tattoo. Each one works to include people within the Queer community and make their businesses a safe space for all.
Coffee. As a former barista, my passion for good coffee does not waiver. My favorite coffee shops in town are Houndstooth Coffee, Fleet Coffee Co., and Figure 8 Coffee Purveyors.

How I Work With You
Buyers and sellers work with me once they are under contract. I make sure all paperwork is filled out and that we stay on track with all contract deadlines. I schedule all inspections and coordinate with the agents, lenders and title companies to keep things moving along toward closing.
More About Me
Because I worked in the banking and mortgage industry for nine years, I understand the full real estate process. When you work with me, you’ll see that I’m very detail-oriented (I love checklists!) and will stay on top of everything in your transaction.
When I’m not working, I love everything crafty and enjoy scrapbooking. My latest obsession is monograming with my embroidery machine.
My Austin Is All About…
Volunteering. I have two daughters and help out at their school as much as possible. I also give my time to Operation Blue Santa during the holiday season. My family volunteers to make lunches for the homeless once a month, and we deliver food to the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless.
The outdoors. Mount Bonnell is one of my favorite spots. I enjoy hiking up the mountain and the beautiful views. Packing a picnic lunch and eating at the top is great. You should also try Enchanted Rock near Fredricksburg. It’s only an hour or so drive from Austin. Be sure to take flashlights and enjoy the cave.
South Congress Avenue. I enjoy eating at Home Slice or HopDoddy with my family and then walking down SoCo and checking out all of the shops.

How I Work With You
Buying a home is so much more than a transaction. Inherently, real estate is a people business. It’s about trusting the people you’re working with in one of the biggest investment decisions you will ever make. I am committed to cultivating a client relationship that focuses on empathy, professionalism, patience, and persistence.
More About Me
I was born and raised in San Antonio and moved to Austin in 2003 working as a school psychologist for a local area high school for the past 15 years. I transitioned out of education and into real estate where I couldn’t be more grateful to work with the top-notch, Lisa Munoz Team. Psychology is a world filled with gray–emotions are complex! So, black and white hobbies balance me out! Being in the kitchen is my therapy as is writing and photography. My son keeps me on my toes, and being his mom is my proudest achievement.
My Austin Is All About…
Exploring the greater metro. The surrounding areas of Austin offer so much in terms of being outdoors, tasty eats, and delicious drinks. One of my favorites… As a bourbon lover, Treaty Oak Distillery in Dripping Springs is a fun-filled way to spend an afternoon and is kid-friendly.
Food. For me, nothing says Austin more than Whataburger, H-E-B, and breakfast tacos. Surprisingly, the Migas taco (always on a corn tortilla) at Lazarus Brewing is, single-handedly, the best breakfast taco on the planet.
Coffee. Being a suburban mom in the Cedar Park/Round Rock area, I’m graced with the presence of a nearby Summer Moon. The oat milk latte with a splash of their signature moon milk is my kryptonite.
The outdoors. Lady Bird Lake is a favorite for stand-up paddling, working out on what I’ve dubbed, ‘nature’s staircase’ at Mt. Bonnell, and riding bikes with my family at Brushy Creek park.
