Crestview Shopping Center along Woodrow Avenue is home to businesses including a neighborhood pharmacy and barbershop, not to mention this mosaic celebrating the area’s retro-flavored appeal. The original Threadgill’s on North Lamar Boulevard is where Janis Joplin got her start.
